In the opening scene of Triptych, Aleida Trujano (Maite Perroni) enters her psychiatrist’s office armed with a gun and opens fire on a number of patients. The Mexico City police’s Rebecca, a forensics specialist, discovers a terrible crime scene. The deceased woman, who Becca discovers, is an old friend, she realizes. The narrative follows Will Trent as he looks into a crafty lunatic who is fusing dozens of lives together despite disparities in wealth and power. In the end, the triplets imprison Dr. Batiz in a secret cellar in her home before being captured by the police.
