Taylor Sheridan and Terence Winter are the creators and executive producers of the American criminal drama television series Tulsa King, which airs on Paramount+. The show centers on Dwight “The General” Manfredi, the capo of the New York Mafia, who is abruptly sent to Tulsa, Oklahoma, by his boss after serving 25 years in prison. Manfredi locates a nearby smoke shop and decides to use it as his base of operations in the first season, swiftly gaining the support of an unlikely ally.
