A mythological hybrid of a snake and a woman, Shahmaran. The first person she meets is a young man named Camasb who, after being abandoned in a well while attempting to steal some honey, discovers a route to the kingdom of the snakes. Sahsu, who went to Adana for a lecture at the institution, is the subject of Shahmaran’s lovely yet tense story. She did, however, meet someone on the bus on the way there who would forever alter her life. The tale of Shahmaran demonstrates how a man betrayed his kinship with nature and killed the animal he cherished. This is a tale of remorse. The Persian myth of the snake queen and her human lover serves as the basis for the movie’s plot. Also, the novel focuses on how the myth is perceived differently by various characters.
